Jeep is giving two of its grandest models an equally grand makeover. This is the 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, ready to rock-and-roll with a new face, new powertrains, and a streamlined lineup.
First and foremost, the whole Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer thing is dead. As of 2026, it’s just the Grand Wagoneer, and that’s probably the right call because we never really understood it, either. Onto the exciting stuff: the 2026 Grand Wagoneer receives a facelift, with more squared-off lines, more LED lighting signatures including a lit-up seven-slot grille, and updated tail lights around back.

New wheel options, ranging from 18- to 22-inches, as well as new exterior trim options wrap up the exterior changes. Inside, you can choose from a handful of new upholstery colour and trim options, and you get a new heads-up display, but the core design, layout, and tech remain the same.
Paring down the Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer nameplates also meant paring down powertrain options. The “High Output” version of Stellantis’ new 3.0-litre twin-turbo inline-six, putting out 510 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque, is no more. Now, you’ll have to make do with the “Standard Output” version of the same engine, rated at a still-respectable 420 hp and 468 lb-ft of torque.

The big news is the 2026 Grand Wagoneer REEV, or “range-extended electric vehicle.” There’s an engine on board — specifically, the brand’s well-known 3.6-litre V6 — but it acts more so as a back-up for when the electric juice is depleted. Said electric end is comprised of a 130 kW generator and a 92 kWh battery pack, resulting in strong numbers when they all work together: 647 horsepower, 620 pound-feet of torque, zero-to-60 in five seconds, and up to 800 km of overall range.
The 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer starts at $87,995. Production begins later this year, so count on seeing them in dealers around the holidays.
