Nissan is hopping on the outdoorsy bandwagon with a new flavour of the Rogue — and it won’t break the bank.
Previously exclusive to the U.S. market, the Rogue Rock Creek is crossing the 49th parallel into Canada for the 2026 model year. It hops on the off-road-ready bandwagon, imbuing the Rogue with off-road-oriented dress-up bits such as matte black 17-inch wheels, beefed-up bright red tow hooks with matching red accents all over, and a blacked-out front end with three silver-trimmed openings running along the top edge.
Fun fact: that’s actually a callback to Nissan’s Baja racers from the 1980s. Neat!
Admittedly, there isn’t much else in the way of functional upgrades. Nissan also throws in Falken Wildpeak all-terrain tires, hill descent control, a beefed-up roof rack, and water-repellent upholstery, but bits like skid plates and a suspension lift are missing. In all fairness, the Rogue Rock Creek’s starting price of $44,186 undercuts competitors like the RAV4 Trail and CR-V Trailsport by a sizable margin.
Pricing for the rest of the 2026 Rogue lineup ranges from $37,186 for the base S trim, all the way up to $48,686 for the top-spec Platinum. The Rock Creek trim slots more or less in the middle of the Rogue lineup; a plug-in hybrid is still slated to join the lineup in 2026, but details have yet to be announced.
