Last year, Subaru announced they’re expanding their EV lineup with two new models — the Trailseeker and Uncharted — in 2026. Now, we officially know how much they’ll cost.
Both the Trailseeker and Uncharted share their underpinnings with the Solterra, and by extension the new Toyota bZ and Lexus RZ — all of which are also updated for 2026. But the Toyota DNA runs even deeper than that — the Trailseeker is Subaru’s version of the bZ Woodland, and the Uncharted a rebadged C-HR.
Pricing for the 2026 Uncharted ranges from $42,995 for the base, single-motor, front-wheel-drive trim, up to $51,995 for the top end GT trim with all-wheel-drive. That’s right — the Uncharted will be the first FWD Subaru sold in Canada in a long time. All models use a 77 kWh battery pack; front-drivers will be good for 221 horsepower and up to 480 kilometres of range, while AWD variants punch in at 338 hp and 460 km.
The 2026 Trailseeker uses a similar powertrain setup, though all-wheel-drive is standard across the lineup. It’s a bit more potent despite using the same 77 kWh battery pack, good for 375 hp and up to 420 km of range, no matter the trim. Pricing for the Trailseeker ranges from $54,995 to $60,995.
Both the Uncharted and Trailseeker will hit Subaru dealers this spring.
