It might seem like the Wrangler is getting all the love in Jeep’s 85th anniversary celebrations. And it’s true, the Wrangler is kind of a big deal, so the hype is justified. But Jeep is hyping up the 2026 Gladiator as well with a new limited-edition package.
For what it’s worth, we loved the vibes the Wrangler Willys ’41 gave off. The wheels looked cool, the olive-drab colourway and tan interior (pictured below) suited it perfectly, and of course, the doors came off. Jeep seems to agree, because they’re now letting you spec the same stuff for 2026 with the Gladiator Willys ’41 buzz model. At least, that’s what Jeep calls it; we’ll stick with calling it a limited-edition model.

Jeep says it looked to the Kaiser M175 for inspiration when it decked-out the Gladiator Willys ’41. It gets the same cool-looking wheels with mud-terrain tires and colour options as the Wrangler Willys, the hood from the Mojave with a unique decal, steel bumpers, and a triple-hoop grille guard from the Mopar accessory catalogue. We can’t wait to get it all dirty.
The rest of the Gladiator lineup gets some updates as well; they all now have the “enhanced door hinge system” as the 2026 Wrangler, though Jeep still hasn’t told us how it works. You can also spec more aggressive all-terrain tires on the Sport S, and two new colours are coming — Reign and Goldilocks. The normally aspirated 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 and eight-speed automatic transmission is your only powertrain option.

A Gladiator 4xe plug-in hybrid was supposed to join the lineup by now, but with Stellantis’ crusade to bring the Hemi back, we’d guess the latter is more likely if Jeep were to play with the powertrain options. Jeep, while you’re at it, we wouldn’t be opposed to seeing the six-speed manual coming back.
The 2026 Jeep Gladiator Willys ’41 can be yours for $62,995 including destination, and you can walk into your closest Jeep dealer to put in an order right now.
