You read that right, Schick Canada is holding a contest that will be giving one lucky Canadian the opportunity to drive free for an entire year. The reality for many Canadians are that things like depreciation, insurance premiums, and gasoline prices cost us thousands upon thousands of dollars yearly. Schick is not only just opting to cover the lucky person’s vehicle operating costs, but the feeling of being set free as well. (There’s no word on if they’ll cover your car payment though.) With the added savings, perhaps owning that roadster you’ve been eyeing can become a reality sooner than expected!

How do I enter to win you ask?

There are two options for entering: with and without a purchase. Consumers can enter via purchase by purchasing a specially marked Schick product that contains a unique pin code and then spending a visit it on the Schick Website; www.wesetyoufree.ca, completing an online entry form and then entering their pin code.

For contestant hopefuls not looking to make a purchase; get ready to stretch your fingers. Consumers can write a 50 word essay on “Why Schick is my preferred brand” and mail it to

“The Schick Drive Free for a year Grand Prize draw and Instant Win Promotion (request for no purchase unique PIN number), Dept 3112, Box 9500 Lakeshore West PO, Oakville ON, L6K 0G4.”

There are many instant prizes to be won as well, with over 2,450 potential winners receiving items ranging from pre-paid gas cards, GPS systems, and even sunglasses.
