Aston Martin’s DBX concept made its premier at the 85th Geneva International Motor Show.
The four-seater concept is equipped with all-wheel drive thanks to in-wheel electric motors. While figures have not yet been released, the SUV features a kinetic energy recovery system for some extra power, as well as carbon ceramic disc brakes. The SUV in handout photos is finished in a Black Pearl Chromium, said to have been specifically created to mimic the look of a black pearl.
In terms of tech, the Aston Martin concept is equipped with drive-by-wire electric steering, auto-dimming ‘smart glass’ inter-layer as well as driver and passenger head-up displays.
Interior-wise, the DBX’s velvet-like Nubuck leather contrasts against the concept’s harsh hi-tech equipment and has enough cargo room to hold four passenger’s worth of luggage.
