• This break during the summer is far too long even for some of the teams. Money is not being saved by F1 teams as this extends the length of the current season and staff still need to be paid and factories still need to be maintained.

• Rumor suggests that Ferrari intend on dumping Kimi “I’m not motivated” Raikkonen in favor of Fernando “I can do better” Alonso.
• Valentino “I race bikes” Rossi has announced that he is not available to replace Felipe “I’m recovering” Massa. So who asked?
