The wonders of computer design have fostered a bold Chrysler concept, the SRT Tomahawk Vision Gran Turismo. So far the sci-fi mock-up will solely be added to the concept roster featured on the Gran Turismo 6 video game. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles describes this vehicle as, ‘a single seat hybrid powertrain concept vehicle’.

Teaser images released so far work to emphasize the ultramodern motif of this car. Carbon fiber dominates most of the body, while importance of aerodynamics in the design is evident. The aggressive front end is composed of many sharp lines and includes a hood scoop similar to the Viper’s. An equally small profile at the back directs the focus on the unique penta-exhaust tips.

A teaser video from Chrysler shows off a myriad of active aero-panels including an active rear spoiler. The video features the Tomahawk concept driven by a Boba Fett-Master Cheif hybrid, on Gran Turismo’s virtual tracks. Concluding the teaser is the phrase ‘Pushing the Envelope’, which carries great potential, pending the automaker’s choice to pursue these ideas in the future.
